Need help with RCD-990 clock transplant
 
I can't figure out why I'm getting a sawtooth and not a square wave. Does this ultimately affect sound quality?? The clock I used was selectable between 3.3volts and 5volts; I'm now running it in 5 volt mode. Any help would be appreciated.
