Default Philips cd610 won't play

Hi all,
it's my first post here. Execuse my english, not so good.

Anyway I bought a cd610 few days ago that doesn't play.
In detail, when I plug on it cdm4/19 runs quietly, focusing and running the disc, and it shows tracks and data on the display but when I press Play: nothing!
Disc doesn't rotate and the player is locked.

I've searched in previous post on AudioForum reading about dry or bad solder joint in old philips stuff so that I resoldered them all but unluckily the trouble isn't gone.
I've also checked for tda8808/9 leads but they seem right.

Could you help me finding failure origine?

frank
