hi everybody.
I'm blatantly on a quest for some help here. Does anyone have any details abou the Q24 module that was an upgrade on the Cyrus DAD series of players? the story behind this is as follows: I got a DAD 3 player from eBay - then I replaced the transport (or rather Cyrus did at great expense...) But during the "do I really have to send this in" phase I noticed that the dac module is switched with the use of a plug in board and a couple of jumper pins. (I also noticed it uses a DAC with voltage output to drive the output 'directly') So now I wonder - if I could find the pin-out for the module then any DAC circuit could be possible (and easy to implement) Right? So Is this a fools errand or not - It all makes perfect sense in my head. Andy |
