Strange problem with Philips CD753...

Hello

this is my first post and I start asking help about a strange problem I'm experiencing on my CD753.
After 20/30 minutes working the player stops reading and if I try to open/close to make it read the TOC again it displays "DISC NOT FINALIZED".
It happens with many discs ( not all ) of any kind, both original or burned, either clean or scratched ones; but there are many others, also heavily scracted ones that can be played without problems, I only notice a slight longer TOC reading.
It seems it depends on time; at first start, when it's still cold it plays without any problems any kind of disc but when some component inside reaches working temperature it refuses to read the TOC of discs it has already played !
If then I wait for 10/15 minutes it is able to read again all the discs...

I tried serching in the forum with no success, only this 3d seemed interesting:

I run the service mode and I found two problem:

1. During Cd Play test I have "Error 1007 PLL error - the Phase Lock Loop could not lock in within a certan time"

2. During Focus servo test I have "Focus error", If I tray to force the sensitivity for CDRW (less reflective --> laser stronger) the focus is OK

Probably there's a problem in the laser unit......Am I right ?
