Default Marantz CD-65DX with CDM4/11-my very big problem

I want to make one great thread for the great player - Marantz CD-65DX.My old ,precious and for the moment dead CD-Player. I love this player like my life.
The player is with the old CDM4/11 from Philips:

I know all for this thread!
I try everything with the 22KohMs trimer, but no result.
To find the 4K7 read points is simple ,but for the 22K is very hard for me.This is in my player -44mV for 4K7 in this position.I don`t know ,but for me ,this result isn`t normal:

I have and one new CDM4.11,but I have the samo result with this one.
The problem may be is in this two trimers or in the player. I love this player and this is my last try for any life-saving response. If anyone can help me to find the 22K trimer on my PCB in the attachment will be a very great gala day for me.If anyone can help with this trimers and the readpoints on the mainboard(very strange) can be one new life for this old machine

The problem is probably not in those trimmers or mech.

Problem is somewhere on the board, some bad cap or old solder point.

Like in my case with CD304 mk2 , I try to repair machine for a week or two , and I know there is some overlooked stupit little problem that drive´s me crazy.

Be patient and go step by step in your search , live that trimmers alone. Be shure that laser bias is not to high. That other trimmer can only have influence on tracking speed from song to song.
