IV-stage....what is this ?

Anyone recognices this IV ?
I found the picture it on my harddrive and it might be allright !?
(probably something I thought might come in handy later...)
...uses nice transistors at least...

I think it is a balanced solid state I/V with buffer and LP filter . For dacs like PCM63.

, but where does it belong...I mean...who designed this perticular design ?
Anybody recognices it ?
...can't remember where I got it in the first place...and it looked a little nice !
Are there anybody that have tried this one ?
