no, no - out of the question... single chip but a good one out of the 20 is the plan.... will se how i will do it at the end....

Sparkle that is not joke.

1543 chips can be selected by their low level signal distorsion , but they are not factory marked by level of performance , so it is pretty hard to select them without proper istruments .

Why you just don´t use TDA1541 , it is better chip.

1543 is easier to find.... i know it is hard to determine which one is better.... that is why i am considering what to do.... i can use some good equipment - but do not have that at my home.... so i will have to do it at work.... and this is not comfortable... but i can do it... so i am thinking what to do now.... do not worry i will do it somehow.....
1541 can be done only for me... i can't do it for my friends because i have only one S1 version at home... 1543 can be found easier.....

Hi,

I did some measuring today whil running music:-

IV- 1.5K
VREF- 2.4K
Vdd = 5V

Output DC on R, L = 3.8V

Vref voltage = 2.16V (within specs)

So 3.8V is a bit high (maximum is 5-1.2 = 3.8V)


Sound is getting better, and better......
