Default Short 75R connections - twisted or parallel run

What is the best way of connecting digital outputs up to 5 cm between board and bnc plug to avoid reflections?

If it's 75 ohm, I would suggest using 75 ohm coaxial cable - particularly as the BNC is designed for it.

Reflections come from impedance missmatches. Use the right impedance cable and connectors.

in extremely-vital-impedance situations, I just strip and solder coax directly to the PCB.

Belden makes a cheap coax that works ok, and is very flexible...........9210, I think.

RG-179......-184 (I think those are the right ones) work, but can be harder to work with.

Standard UK TV aerial downlead would be fine - not the cheap and nasty patchcord stuff though.
