Default Questions about CS8412 modes

(1) If I'm not mistaken, some designs flags the M pin with +VD. Knowing that +VA is closer to M pins, what could be the reason, or, which one is better to flag the M pin, with +VD or with +VA?

Probably it doesn't matter with the M pin itself as long as it can recognize some voltage to flag itself to High. But may be it affects the power supply such that it is better to load anyone of VD or VA?

(2) Knowing that floating pins are equal with grounded pins, will it affect the sound quality to ground the floating pins? Anyone ever compared?

(3) Knowing that a certain DAC chip can accept both LSBJ and I2S, what is the reason to choose anyone of them? Do you think that LSBJ is favourable?
