Default iTunes Ripping Question

Hi, I recently ripped my entire cd collection to iTunes in an uncompressed wav format. Being the newbie I am at computer audio, I failed to check the "use error correction" under iTunes importing preferences before ripping. Any opinions on how much audible degradation the wave tracks may have suffered from this oversight?
