Sony DVP-S9000ES Digital Signal Tap
I am currently building Peter Daniel's DAC and want to install it inside my Sony DVP9000.
For those familiar with this unit where is the earliest place I can tap into the digital signal? In particular, can I tap into it at IC901 at FB910, thereby by-passing the AU-226 audio board altogether, or do the buffers, regulartors, etc. on the AU-226 audio board for the digital out serve a necessary function?
