DAC recommandations?

Happy Holidays first of all.

I am looking to build my first DAC and I need your help.

I would like to do:
- non-oversampling non-upsampling for CDs = 16/44.1

AND

- 24/96 for DVDs = just 2 channels

Do you know any project that will fit my needs?
