Default Difference between CDM 4/19 and CDM 4/19/31

I have Philips CD480 CD player and optics are out of work ... brocken
I went to shop and there told me that they don't have CDM 4/19, but have CDM 4/19/31
Is that any difference between my and suggested optics from shop?
Thank You!
