Default Strange problem with PHILIPS CD480

The problem is that when i start CD Player , after 15 till 30 minutes , he starts with pops and crackles. This is exactly the same situation like i shake CD player. How do I repair that problem? If it helps: the player is equipped with CDM4 SAA7310/TDA1543
Thank You very much
Best reggards
Niki

Niki,
Here are some possibilities:

Check if the SAA7220 ( if used) is temperature sensitive.
Check C2572 for bad solderings. You will probably need the manual.
Check for a worm out pivot by the ball of the clamper.
Pivot: 4822 466 92257
Ball: 4822 520 40177
Don’t forget to grease the ball after replacement
Recommended grease: PG65: 4822 690 20139

/Hugo

Ok, SAA7220 is used, i added heatsink to the body of SAA7220...
These changes i made to PCB: resolder all condensers against bad solderings and replace condensers around and below optics, replace transistor BC338 below optics, just in case. I don't have manual and i can find on hole internet i'm very sad about this...
i can not find C2572 , what kind of C is it and what place on PCB?
For Pivot, ball and grease i can not shop from internet from Bulgaria and i don't have credit card... tctctc... tragedy...
The problem still exist!! When CDPlayer works some time, 15-40 mins, then sound starts clicks and pops...
help?

Try to increase a laser bias current, be very carefull , take a small steps. Trimmer pot is somewhere on PCB near connector of flat ribbon cable of pickup assembly.

If this works , it is time you start thinking about buying a new laser (the whole transport).
