Default CS4922 Chip Clock Signal - Help?

I am getting much better radio through a Sony VTX760U satellite receiver as this takes uncompressed 48k PCM signals from the UK and the the crap DAB compressed low data rate streams from terrestrial digital radio.

However, the clock signal from the toslink output deviates from the +- 200 ppm level for my dejitterer box to lock on the 2nd PLL.
Study of the CS4922 chip indicates the need for a 27MHz clock. The only crytstal I can find close to this (think it is buffered but can't see clearly) has a frequency of 7.3728 MHz (???).

Does anyone know this kind of receiver well enough to advise on how to proceed to improve clock signal?
