Default A question about Tent XO3

Hi Guido,

I got a quick question.

Click the image to open in full size.

Will your XO3 clock benefit if I were to upgrade the existing capacitors to Oscons?

From the picture above, there are 7 electrolytic caps that I think can be changed to better one.

Thanks

Default Caps...

Hi, Ruach!

I have asked before, and been told there was a reason for the Philips caps...
(anyway, have tested with oscon's, waste of time & caps...
it works & sounds perfect as delivered).

Hi,

The Philips are a good compromise between price, quality and ESR.

One note about the picture: I see 2 jumpers missing, without these it won't work. They should be at J1 and JH2, at the side of the 2 dots.

If the module is delivered without these jumpers, I apologise, it shouldn't have passed OQC.

The retail price is 139 euro (VAT included)

best regards
