Signal Lock LED w/ CS8414?

What would be the easiest way to get an LED that comes on when my DAC has locked onto a digital input? I believe the place to do this is at the CS8414 ?

IIRC you put the LED between pin 28 and +5V. Current draw shouldn't exceed 5mA.
