Default Cyrus dAD1 mod. help

This player has SAA7378(same as 7377/6) servo processor /decoder and TDA1311 Cont. Calibration DAC chip.

Now , I would like to know does TDA1311 use same input data as TDA 1543 , and if not where on this decoder can get I2S out for 1543 .

Is this possible?

TDA1311 and 1543 have same pinout exept pin 7 on 1543 which is ref. voltage out.

Thanks for every help

No, TDA1311A has Japanese input format.
I can send you a datasheet if you want.

I have datasheet of all components that are in game , but what I like to know is can I use TDA1543 in NOS mode with that decoder?

The only thing that bother´s me it that decoder , and does he have out for 1543 , or can I connetc that DAC anywere before him . I think not , so I am limited to TDA1311

You can use TDA1543A, not in the same ballpark as TDA1543, but very good.

Becouse 1311 have internal I/V , there is no any kind of I/V circuit , just LP ilter and gain stage.

So simplest sistem to me is to use passive I/V , sometnig like Peter Daniel uses in his lats small dac project.
