In - Out AES/EBU

Hello,

I am in search of an electronic schematic for one input / output AES/EBU.
One input AES/EBU with output level stereo line.
One output AES/EBU has also input level stereo line.

And the same configuration but input / output SPDIF.

Have of such schematics or to indicate to me or I can to find that.
