Replacement opamp for Altis DAP reference

I just picked up a Altis DAP reference and there is a slight channel imbalance that follows the opamps when switched. It uses the LM381AN which appears to be pretty outdated. Are there any drop in replacements or upgrades to the LM381 that would work in this circuit?

I can´t belive it that Altis uses LM381 for output device.
This is dual preamp module , so you can replace it with high performance dual or two single OP (BB or AD). You just need to make adapter PCB or do it with short wires becouse LM381 have 14 pin housing.
