thoughts on this card ??

Just bought the M-audio delta 66 ....apparently much better then the Audigy and just plain better in general .... anyone disagree ?

hmmmmm . i couldnt edit i was too late .... i dont need an opinion on this card anymore ... how can i describe the difference ? Sublime ....nah nah ...... enlightening ....close, how about ........

WOW WOW WOW WOW ! ! ! !

The noise floor dropped right to the bottom of my apartment building. It seems like my amp has double the power. Stereo seperation is at least 3 db higher and the high pitched whine is gone (probably with the S/N change)

Thank you to the guys at Long and Mcquade for not steering me to an incredibly expensive board that i probably would have bought. They turned me on to a nice USED M-Audio delta-66. Sweet. Major difference.

No psychoacoustic tricks, this card just totally owned the audigy.

Really, it doesn't take much to own the Audigy. Audigy is a gamer's card and that's it. You should never use an Audigy for other purposes.
