My rebuild cd transport

I wanted to share some pictures of my cd transport
Basically I build a new case for a standard dvd-player,
oh yes it's also a toploader now

one more,
the front and back are in plexi, sides are teak wood, solid 5mm aluminium bottom and a combination of aluminium and DiBond for the top

a picture of the insides
most parts are covered in cork for natural dampening
the transport itself rests on a sandwich construction of plexi and cork
