marantz dd 92 dcc

Hi.
Does anyone happen to know where I may get a replacement play/record head for this model,or have any knowledge of earthing faults that are common to these players.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Try in Marantz or Phillips service.

Dcc was developed by Phillips , and heads were made by them also.

I tried to get info from Philips,but all I got was a postal address in the Netherlands,and Marantz costomer service was no good either cos my email was sent back as undeliverable.The Site for their email ended up being an independent retailer,and was of no help at all.
I guess i'll just have to write a letter,ho hum.
What I'm really after is an email address for Marantz(or Philips)or such like,that I can request replacements for this model.
I have tested the head,so all I want is to buy another,I'm just getting nowhere.
