tripath 2022 kit

Has anyone ordered the 2022 class t amp kits from 41 hz.com?
I received mine and some resistors were not included. I don't know if they were omitted from the layout or forgotten . They were r-31, 37, 41, 52. 9.1kohm from the tripath board version 4.0

If anyone knows, i would appreciate a response.
