Help Fellas DAC & CD upgrade

I what to make my CIA DAC balanced & the best method I know of to do is to install the ZAPfilter. The CIA - DAC has the PCM 1716 opamp. And hell those legs are small.

I would also like to do a clock upgrade to the Rega Planet 2000 or the CIA DAC too. Would it be best to do the DAC or the Planet 2000?

Which is the clock to go for Lentlabs or LC audio?

Or is there another way to go about getting the DAC balanced?

Are you just looking for balanced outs to go to a preamp? If so, you could build something around one of the burr-brow/TI balanced line drivers (there's a bunch of info in the gainclone forum).
