Can you tell us what brand, type and/or model this chip comes from? If it's Sony I could probably get one for you.

Its made by Crystal Semiconductor/Cirrus Logic but you probably can get it as a spare from Sony if you are willing to pay 4 times the going rate.
BTW if you must have a DIL package try the SAA7274P. There must be piles of them lying around unused. The only manufacturer I can think of that ever used it is Sugden.
