PCM1732U shielding & Grounding

Hello,

I have been shielding the ICs in my NAD C541I.

I have been using conductive adhesive backed copper tape.

I am not sure if I should ground the shield to the digital ground (pin 7), or to one of the analog grounds (pins 11,18,14).

Any input or advice would be appreciated.

There is no differance in ground potential between these pins....

I grounded my shield to pin 28 of the PCM1732U.

Any input or opinions still appreciated.

I'd say: connect it to the pcb's groundplane close to the chip

And i would"star ground"them together and connect to the casing
