Ok I purchased a tent clock XO2 from Guido. I needed a 3.3v output and he instructed me to change r21 to a 470ohm resistor. I measure 3.6 volts at the middle pin of the regulator. And Im only getting a 1.7v clock output. Any ideas here? The 1.7v isnt being seen by the chips so I cant even load a disc.

There is 3.5v on the input of the oscillator, but only 1.7v out.

At 50% duty cycle, the clock output "voltage" should be half the supply voltage. Remember it is switching on and off several million times per second and your meter only shows the average.
