Tag Mclaren DVD32R DVD player-require help.

I have a Tag Mclaren model DVD32 player this player has two problems:
1.won't play all zones dvd discs. A software upgrade may help on this but I'm not entirely sure??

2.The top automatic opening sliding door won't shut properly (sticking) Maybe silicon grease on the runners would help??

Is anyone familiar with servicing this un common brand of DVD player?

Best thing to do is asking their helpdesk I think. Link Click on helpdesk on that link.

Ask them your questions and I'm almost sure they gonna answer it properly. An other thing you can try is visiting a authorised dealer. It's an expensive brand and even without waranty they may help you without costs or for less monney.
