Default NAD 5000 CD convert 220V to 110V

Hi, I got my hands on a NAD 5000 CD player.
I live in N. America and the voltage is 110V
The Nad Cd player is 220V. However I noticed that inside the case there is a circuit board between the input power and the transformer.
On the board are several jumpers. There is one jumper JP2 marked 110V and JP3 marked 230V.
Can I just switch the jumpers?
I noticed there are no fuses. The only fuses are connected to the output of the transfomer (both 600ma/250V).
I tried contacting NAD but they refer you to your local distributor.
Thanks.

There are 2 primary windings which are connected in series for 220V.

You will have to connect them in parallel for 110V. Use multimeter.
