Cool PCM290(2/6) Help please.

I need some help. I am trying to build a usb audio adc/dac using the pcm2906 from TI using the pcm2902's evaluation board. I created a list of parts needed, but need some tips.

Resisters
4x 1.5k? RA001(3) R001
2x 22? R002 R003
1x Jumper R004
1x 1M? R005
1x 22k? R006
9x 12k? R007 R101 R102 R105 R106 R111 R112 R115 R116
4x 3.9k? R103 R104 R113 R114
4x 100? R107 R108 R109 R110

Caps
1x .1µf C001
7x 1.0µf C002 C003 C004 C005 C006 C007 C008
2x 18pf C009 C010
7x 10µf/16v C101 C102 C107 C108 C109 C114 C115
4x 1800pf C103 C104 C112 C113
4x 330pf C105 C106 C110 C111

The above are the resisters and caps needed for the board, with their corresponding part number on the evalutation board. I need some tips though. Which type of resisters should I use? Metal, Carbon, etc? And which types of capacitors? Tantalum, Ceramic, Electrolyte, etc?

I am using the reg104fa-a instead of the reg103ga-a if it makes any difference.
