Marantz CD-75 MKII

Hello to everybody,

I used to beleave I've heard from this forum about all possible types of Philips CDM trasports but this one doesn't match any description or picture I could find around.
It is claimed to belong to a Marantz cd-75 MKII SE.

Any clue?

If I'm not wrong it can then mount CDM4 led pick-ups. Do you know the exact type?

From other posts It seems somebody succesfully replace the lens on a CDM1MKII with one from a CD4/19.
