Here is one I bought a couple of years back as a spare but recently installed to bring an old CD-63 back to life. Still a VAM1202 but marked as Philips.

The boxes. The Philips VAM1202 said Philips VAM1202 on the label but Philips CDM12.1 on the box. The dud came in the no-name box,
