Well it reads "CD53" at the back of this strange player...
Just to say that Ray's output stage does wonder...

Hi guys
I can ask a thing.
I have a marantz 67 mkiis but without manual, I would want to ask if possible when i power on the instrument that the volume is to the least one and not at the most.
Thanks Sergio

Hi,

I can't imagine that being a realistic DIY job. It would make more a sense to attenuate the output with a pot in my opinion, as this would corrupt the sound less than using the inbuilt digital volume control.

Maybe lower some gain at opamps stage?
But as said Simon, it's a digital attenuation and it's bad.

Hi Sergio
Sergio,

Although English is the language of this forum, it sometimes helps to post your question in your own language as well.

Automatic translation software is sometimes not very good.

Andy
