Well it reads "CD53" at the back of this strange player...
Just to say that Ray's output stage does wonder...

Hi guys
I can ask a thing.
I have a marantz 67 mkiis but without manual, I would want to ask if possible when i power on the instrument that the volume is to the least one and not at the most.

Hi,

I can't imagine that being a realistic DIY job. It would make more a sense to attenuate the output with a pot in my opinion, as this would corrupt the sound less than using the inbuilt digital volume control.

Maybe lower some gain at opamps stage?
But as said Simon, it's a digital attenuation and it's bad.
