I have a nice one at home, mint condition. Used it for master tapes before CD R's became available (well reasonably priced)

Its a well made machine, maybe some opamp and cap mod's might make it a Ģ1000 Cd Player killer ?
Honestly thats NOT a reference to any CD mods out there ( I love my Arcam )

Still sound's better than my active Naim setup

Last time I saw it in my closet DC8 had "Technics" on the front panel
