Anyone knows what transport and dac inside marantz cd23 & cd34 ? how about the sound?

cd34 is a rebadged Philips cd104

IIRC,my friend has a CD25.he got it for less than 200RMB(about $25) .the transport is cdm2, the DAC IC is TDA1540

I want use them to fix my marantz cd73.

I just ask my friend for it.the answer is YES,in the words,the CD25 have saa7000,7020,7030 chip
