Default CS8405A Hardware mode connection

Dear All,

Currently I am modifying the DCX2496 for digital out according to Tanto's project in DCX2496 mod for Digital OUT x 3 in 06-18-2004 07:16 PM.
I was unable to obtained CS8404 in the market, I have replaced it with CS8405 and other connection as per his advice.
At TXP output, I only see not modulated square wave which look like the clock wave. The pin connection are as follow:

1- GND 2- 5V 3- NC 4- 5V 5- GND 6- 5V
7- GND 8- GND 9- 5V 10- GND 11- 5V 12- LRCK
13-BICK 14- SDATA 15- NC 16- 5V 17- GND 18- GND
19- NC 20- 5V 21- MCLK 22- GND 23- 5V 24- 5V
25- NC 26- OUTPUT 27- 5V 28- 1
(NC - No conenction)
Can someone give me some advice on above connection or way to troubleshoot the output issue.

Thanks in advance.
