I believe that it is for the A/D/S/ frox speaker system.
I am not sure.

I had no idea those 2 companies were ever involved but it sure seems so, doesn't it? There looks to be crossover functions on the boards so perhaps they are the digital controller for the active speakers? Pretty cool actually.
