TI low jitter clocks: PLL1700

I've been using them for a while with pretty good results. For example they work great in upgrading cd-rom's 33,86 Mhz jittery resonator. Also worked great in some dac designs.

What is the purpouse you want to use it for?? If you want to synchronise your audio clock you will need a different PLL, that can be tunet to external source /to generate lower-jitter sync. MCLK/
And if you want a clear audio clock, say 24.576, it is better to use fixed frequency low-jitter osc.
These clocks are present in some /better designed/ DVD players, and there they work fine, because provide 2-3 synchronised frequencies and low jitter audio freq. /typically 27MHz for video/processing and 24.576 or 16.9344MHz low-jitter audio clocks. There are versions from another manifactureres, too
