I'm building some USB DACs to try out different USB chips and DACs and have decided to try a Kwak Clock, but I have some questions on some parts:
2.2mH inductors there are hundreds of 2.2mH inductors out there, any idea what specs I need? The range from a DCR of .04 ohms which is a 2inch toroid to a axial lead one that looks like a 1 watt resistor with a 60 ohm DCR, and pretty much anything inbetween. Crystal type I can easily get the either AT or series crystals in the frequencies I need. Would a series cut crystal be better? ICM makes low phase noise crystals for $19 in singles, would these be any improvement? Thanks, John S. |
