Default small stuff using pcm1704

I used to layout some pcb use pcm1704 but didnt get a good enough one. pcm1704 is more sensitivity to the topology as I think, having researching the mark 30.6, I make this stuff, the pcm1704 topology is almose the same with mark and for best snr i use 4 layer board, the midlayer in fact only used as ground and power plane to absorb the rf emission with only few signal.

This board use cs8414+pmd100, because the high clock rate, the pll section is to be shielded for the best performance. pcm1704's bclk is directly feed by pll output, other signal reclocked by 74hc175 after pmd100.
