CDM12 pickup replacement?

Hi,

I need a replacement CDM12 pickup for a Mark Levinson No. 37 transport. Where can I buy one? And is there some other suitable replacement?

is this one with a metal frame ? i think it's the same like a vau1254 so a pro lw.
