Portable cd player with SPDIF output

After extensive searching I couldn't find much on this.

I have a portable cd player and a small dac that I would like to use to listen at work. The cd player is a Sony Discman D-E200. Is it possible to add a spdif output to this? I would settle for optical but would prefer coaxial.

I only know of one portable cd player that has a spdf output, but it's pretty expensive. Does anyone know of any other portables that have spdif outputs, or is there a model that is easier to add a digital output to?

Just want to update anyone following this thread. I have finished the CD-PRO2M kit. It was fun to build. My Audio Note DAC1.1x has no problem locking to the kit.

I am also looking for this portable CD player.

Can you tell me the only one you know having a digital coaxial out?

Do you think it would be difficult to modify a normal discman for having this out?

I have also been looking for a similar device.

Rather than a traditional discman, the best options I have found are the portable DVD players on Ebay (with or without a screen). These will give you s/pdif etc.
