Cs8414 + Sm5842 + Pcm63p

After I see schematic from SDS labs I want to buy some SM5842 but in my country does not have them.where can I buy this ic from ASIA or EUROPE

In this case if I use pcm1704 instead pcm63P .What's pin different between pcm63P & pcm1704

Please note that I only have one SM5842APT left. The other one is promised to someone in USA. However, I do have some SM5843AP1 chips.

Check the data sheets from Texas Instruments.
I think you should also check the schematic of the DAC again. You probably only need one SM5842 and two PCM63 or PCM1702/1704.

I'll build SDS tubedac it's use cs8412+sm5843a+pcm63p.
If I change sm5842 instead sm5843A. It's ok ?
