digital delay

Does anyone have a source for MN3101's and MN3004's? Or, does anyone perhaps have a substitution for the two (digital clock generator and bucket brigade)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This place in my city (Vancouver, BC, Canada) lists the MN3101 on their website for $2.32can = $1.50usd. You can email them to see if they have the MN3004. It's so far away that you'd probably spend more on shipping then parts, but it's a good backup if you can't find them anywhere else.
