Default .msa file extension

Can someone tell me which programe can play .msa file type?

FileExt lists this as "Atari magic shadow archive" which doesn't sound like a file supposed to be "played"... Have you tried the Unix "file" utility on it?

It's supposed to be a voice recording file from a Sony mobile phone, if that helps.
