Default Philips CD 304 mk2

When the "open/close" button is pressed, the tray of the player does not open. But if the tray was preliminary open by the hand then the tray is closing after pressing the button. How to solve this problem?

Default Re: Maybe gear?

CD 304 has a CDM-1 gear and not CDM-4 , Arne.

I'd say one of the tray swiches are faulty (SK2 or SK3).

Both switches are OK. But contacts for connector of one of this switches (do you understand me?) are short. Is it normal? Maybe you have this part of scheme?
