Hi,
Have someone done dac with same receiver and converter. how did it sound?

Which type opertional amplifier is suitable to use at analog conditioning, I'm would prefer to use opa627 or opa227, which I have already at so-8 case.

In which way the ground layer's should be connected?

Default CS8416 fonction selection

Hi,

is anybody able to tell me which mode is better for CS8416:
1. Normal phase detectorupdate rate
2. Higher Phase detector update rate
(selected by TX pin)

Can I set Emphasis Audio Match on? What does it mean? If I have CD with Emphasis it will use deempasis... if not, the deemphasis module is bypassed in CS8416?

The DAC chip I will use is CS4397.

Thank you!

Regards

Frank

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think connecting the TX to gnd is for non-sigma delta dacs while tying it to the VL is for delta sigma dacs (refer to CS8416 datasheet, I'm pretty sure it says that somewhere in there...)
