Hello
How can I make a C/4 charger for my Panasonic Reachargeable Sealed Lead-Acid Battery ( LC-R06R2CH 6V,4.2Ah/20HR ). The battery's data sheet can be found here Constant Voltage Charge Method is recommended by Panasonic. Thanks.

hi,
you can use a L200 which is a regulator with current limit included. you should charge your battery at 1/10 of it's nominal current. you have to set the L200 to output 6.9v when the current limit haven't been reached. |

Also check out the UC3906, made by TI (originally by Unitrode).
http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/uc3906.html The Application Notes for this device provide a lot of information about how to properly maintain lead-acid batteries. |
